A deposit is required when booking your appointment. Your deposit will hold your appointment for the date and time discussed. Your deposit is non refundable and can be used for another appointment if date is rescheduled 48 hours in advanced. You will receive an email/Text that your deposit has been confirmed and your appointment has been booked.
The full balance of your payment is due the day service has been provided. If a full payment has not been made the day of service, you will be charged a 10% daily fee until full balance is paid off. After 30 days, papers will be filed for court proceedings. You may reschedule your appointment 24 hrs in advanced of appointment date. After a payment is made you will receive a receipt from the payment processing company of your choosing based on the options provided on our payment page.
If you received an invoice you are to follow the payment arrangements noted on the document. You will be instructed as to what your charges and fees would be and if a deposit is required or not based on the job and etc. The full balance is due on the date noted on invoice, any lateness will result in fees attached to balance already owed. Any questions or concerns should be discussed before appointment date/time. .
We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hour notice to reschedule your appointment or a cancelation/Inconvenience fee will be applied. If on the day of service you are not home and you did not call to reschedule within 48 hrs, you will be charged a fee of $100 or more. Everyone's time is valuable and we wouldn't want to waste our customers time and our employees time. If running late please give us a call to notify us.
